Nyarko denied Toffees permit
Nyarko has one year left on his current deal, but he only had a permit until 2004 and an independent panel of football experts - who adjudicate on such matters, if the player does not meet Home Office criteria - have ruled against him.
The 30-year-old has not enjoyed the most successful of spells at Goodison Park since arriving at the club from Lens in 2000 for £4.5 million.
In April 2001 Nyarko walked out on Everton after a clash with a fan during a game at Arsenal and he subsequently spent the next two seasons on loan in France with Monaco and Paris Saint Germain respectively.
Late last year Nyarko returned to Everton and even broke back into the first team and looked set to be part of David Moyes's plans for the coming season - but he must now look for a new employer away from Britain.
