Beagrie agrees Iron deal
Scunthopre United veteran Peter Beagrie has signed a new deal with the club, seemingly ending speculation that he will move to Hibernian.
Beagrie had been linked with a possible link up with former Middlesbrough team-mate Tony Mowbray - who is now in charge at Easter Road.
However, the 38-year-old has now committed his future to Brian Laws's side.
"Scunthorpe United are very pleased to announce that the influential, left midfield player Peter Beagrie has agreed to sign a one-year contract to stay at Glanford Park," said a club statement.
