Palace agree Speroni deal
Palace had their first bid for the Argentine shot-stopper rejected earlier this month with Dundee valuing the player at a higher price.
The Eagles are in the market for a new keeper, with last season's loan star Nico Vaesen set to return to Birmingham City.
Palace are now thought to have upped their offer for Speroni and cash-strapped Dundee have been forced to accept the bid.
Dundee boss Jim Duffy was resigned to losing the keeper and they will now plan for next season without him.
Speroni is highly-rated after a number of impressive performances at Dundee in The SPL.
The 25-year-old is now set to hold talks with Palace and should he agree terms he is set to make the move south to Selhurst Park.
Duffy revealed that Palace and Portsmouth have made offers for the player with Palace leading the chase for his signature.
"Crystal Palace have made a formal offer but we haven't accepted it yet, so nothing concrete has been decided," said Duffy.
"I think the player is in Argentina at the moment so we will have to see what he decides as well.
"There are a few things still to be discussed.
"Portsmouth have also made an offer but they know our valuation and Palace's offer is closer to that valuation."
