Robben banks on success
Robben agreed to join Chelsea this summer under the reign of Claudio Ranieri - but is not daunted by the task of impressing new man Mourinho.
The flying winger scored the crucial penalty in the shoot-out that took Holland past Sweden and into the semi-finals and has emerged as a key player in the tournament.
"This is a good chance for me to make a good impression before I go to Chelsea," said Robben.
"This tournament is a chance for me to make a big impression before I go to Chelsea.
"This tournament is a chance for me to show what I can do because it is the highest level in Europe.
"I'm going to a new club with a new manager. It's weird because I haven't played there yet and already the manager has changed.
"It's important to show my qualities to him because I know he will be watching the tournament, especially on Wednesday when we play Portugal."
Robben confesses he had been relishing the prospect of facing Premiership players, and gave his sympathies for the manner of England's exit.
"Penalty shoot-outs are a lottery. England played a good tournament but didn't go through and, for me, that was a pity because I wanted to play against them in the semi-final.
"That was a shame but now I will have to wait until next season before I meet some of the new players and I will be playing with them rather than against them."
