RKC land Kuip ace
New Kuip coach Ruud Gullit is looking to stamp his own mark on the club and he has told a number of players they are surplus to requirements.
The 31-year-old midfielder Schreuder has a deal at De Kuip which runs until the summer of 2006, but he may not be handed a chance to don the shirt again after being sent out on loan.
RKC will assess the midfielder over the course of next season before deciding whether or not to press ahead with a permanent deal.
The deal is a notable one for RKC, as they beat off competition from NAC Breda for his signature.
NAC are looking for a replacement for Csaba Feher and coach Ton Lokhoff saw Schreuder as the ideal candidate.
