Roberto Carlos to retire at Real
The Brazilian ace insists he has no desire to play for any other European club than Real.
Chelsea have been linked with the full back in the past, but Roberto Carlos has pledged he will not leave El Santiago Bernabeu for a rival.
The former Internazionale star, who is currently on Real's tour of the Far East, refused to rule out a switch to Asia when he does finally leave Spain.
"I'm not ruling out coming to Asia, but in Europe I finish my time at Real Madrid," said Roberto Carlos.
The South American is confident that Real will bring in a top name before the start of the season with Arsenal's Patrick Vieira top of their wanted list.
"We have heard that there are possibilities that he (Vieira) comes, but that one is a problem for the president," added the Brazilian.
"Surely after what happened at the elections some player of much level or with a great reputation in the world of football will come."
The 31-year-old also had words of advice for team-mate Luis Figo who has been informed he will not be offered a new deal when his current contract expires.
"To Luis Figo I advise tranquillity," said Roberto Carlos.
