Lazio snapped up nine players on deadline day.

Lazio emerged as one of the busiest clubs in Europe snapping up nine players on deadline day.

Esteban Gonzalez, Jose Leanardo Talamonti, Miguel Angel Mea, Bryan Robert, Sebastiano Siviglia, Antony Seric, Tommaso Rocchi and the Filippini twins Antonio and Emanuele have all arrived.

The main arrivals are that of the Filippini brothers from Palermo and the highly rated Rocchi from Empoli.

Lazio have added to all areas of their squad with Talmonti (Rosario Central) and Seric (Verona) bolstering their defence.

The Filippinis, Mea (Caracas), Robert and Gonzalez (both Gimansia La Plata) have all come in to improve their mdifled.

While, Rocchi is the only striker to be added by president Claudio Lotito.

Lazio have also announced that Cesar will be staying with the club, after they failed to agree with Internazionale.

The Roman club had wanted four players plus cash for the Brazilian - but Inter refused.
