Guti offers Owen Raul warning
Real Madrid midfielder Guti has warned Michael Owen that Raul is still the top man at the club.
Real Madrid midfielder Guti has warned new boy Michael Owen that he has a fight on his hands if he is aiming to dislodge Raul from the starting line-up.Owen began life in La Liga on the bench at the weekend and Spanish international Guti believes Raul is still the top man in the capital.
Raul is a talismanic figure with the Madrid faithful and as captain of the world's most celebrated side, will not be easy to replace according to Guti.
''Owen has only just arrived and has to adapt to the club,'' said Guti.
''It remains to be seen whether he can score the same number of goals with Real as he did with Liverpool.
''He's a great player but he will have to be in top form if he is going to play at Real and leave Raul on the bench.
''Raul is the captain, the symbol and the soul of the team.''
