Zura seeks McLeish talks
Rangers defender Zurab Khizanishvili is seeking talks with Alex McLeish.
Rangers defender Zura Khizanishvili is seeking talks with Alex McLeish to discuss his future. The Georgian international is frustrated at his lack of first-team chances this season after starting the campaign in the starting line-up.
The 23-year-old has failed to establish himself since arriving from Dundee last year and Craig Moore has replaced him in the side since returning from the Olympics last month.
Khizanishvili has now instructed his agent to meet with McLeish to see where he figures in his plans.
"I have spoken to my agent and he is coming to Glasgow to talk about my future," said Khizanishvili.
"I played in the second half against Inverness, then I started against Aberdeen, so I am really happy about that.
"I still want to stay here at Rangers and I have a contract here and I'm not thinking about other clubs."
