Livorno land Galante

Livorno have completed the capture of Fabio Galante.

The defender was available on a free transfer, having seen his contract with Torino lapse in the summer.

Livorno stepped in for the former Internazionale and Genoa defender and he concurred on the one-year deal on Friday.

Galante is expected to be unveiled to the press on Saturday and could well feature for the club next week.

Livorno's defence has struggled in the early stages of the season and Galante will add real experience to the Tuscany club's back line.
