Reyes unfazed over goal glut

Striker Jose Antonio Reyes is not surprised Arsenal are scoring so many goals

In the run-up to Sunday's trip to Old Trafford to face Manchester United, striking sensation Jose Antonio Reyes has said that, with such an embarrassment of riches in attack, it comes as little surprise that Arsenal find themselves top scorers in The Premiership.

The Gunners currently provide the league's three most prolific hit-men - Thierry Henry has eight goals so far, with Reyes and midfielder Robert Pires close behind on six.

And the 21-year-old Spaniard, while paying tribute to his French strike partner, insists that goals are readily available elsewhere in the Arsenal squad.

"Thierry is scoring for fun. He's a wonderful player, someone else I can learn from," Reyes told the Daily Mail.

"But with goals also coming from Bergkamp, Pires, Ljungberg and myself, it's no surprise to see us top of the scoring charts.

"It's just amazing, playing with these players - although it must be a real headache for the defenders we encounter."

The Spain international also discussed his new life in England after his transfer from Seville at the beginning of the year.

"I've been in England eight months and I think I've settled in well, but it was difficult at first," he admitted.

"But my family are here living with me, and my team mates, as well as my manager, have made it quite easy for me.

"Arsene Wenger has treated me in a special way."
