Fiore to quit Valencia

Stefano Fiore has made it clear to Claudio Ranieri that he wants to leave Valencia during the transfer window. The Italy international was one of Ranieri's major summer signings but has failed to consolidate a first-team berth.
The former Lazio star has made just four starts this season, and has been on the substitutes bench in recent weeks.
Indeed, reports in Spain claim that Fiore has now been separated from the first-team squad altogether by Ranieri after his refusal to go on as substitute for the final 15 minutes of this week's UEFA Champions League draw against Internazionale.
Ranieri will allow Fiore to move on provided the club can recoup the majority of the transfer fee they splashed out on the midfielder.
The 29-year-old joined in an £11 million double deal with former Lazio team-mate Bernardo Corradi also making the switch to the Mestalla.
Fiore has instructed his agent Federico Pastorello to try and engineer a move, and it seems most likely the player will return to Italy.
