Palermo midfielder Mario Alberto Santana could be set for a move to Roma in the New Year.Roma boss Luigi Delneri is a big fan of the Argentine ace having worked with him while he was in charge of Chievo.
Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini admitted there is a real possibility that a deal could happen when the transfer window reopens in January.
"I don't know why last year Santana was a revelation and this year he isn't absolutely fit," said Zamparini .
"Delneri, who had him at Chievo, wants him at Roma. I don't exclude selling him in January."
Zamparini also revealed he has had offers for a few other players.
"Mariano Gonzales and Ernesto Farias could leave if they don't find a place in the team."
