Chester seal double deal

Chester City have completed the signing of Luton duo Dave Bayliss and Ian Hillier.

Both players have joined on month long loan deals with a view to permanent switch to the Cheshire outfit.

Bayliss, 28, is a former Rochdale central defender who moved to Luton in 2001.

24-year-old Hillier - who can play in defence or midfield - began his career with Tottenham and also arrived at Kenilworth Road three years ago.
