Foxes eye Kirk swoop

Reports continue to link Boston striker Andy Kirk with a move to Leicester City.

Reports north of the border continue to link Boston striker Andy Kirk with a move to Leicester City.

The lively hit-man has hit 11 goals this term and has reportedly caught the attention of new Foxes chief Craig Levein.

Kirk played under Levein at Hearts, before his move to York Street, and is now thought to be ready for a crack at Championship football.

The Boston favourite has already received international recognition this season, winning four caps for a new-look Northern Ireland under Lawrie Sanchez's tenure.

Levein is keen to bolster his strikeforce as The Foxes have struggled to mount the promotion push anticipated at the start of the campaign.
