Tunisia international Selim Benachour wants to quit Paris Saint Germain in the New Year.

Benachour has featured rarely under Vahid Halilhodzic this season and is keen on an exit to secure more regular playing time.

He has spent over four years at Parc des Princes but is likely to end his association with the capital club when the transfer window reopens.

The playmaker is unlikely to be prevented from leaving PSG, with Halilhodzic lining up CSKA Moscow captain Sergei Semak as a ready-made replacement.

There is also plenty of interest in Benachour, with Ligue 1 side Caen admirers of the 23-year-old, along with Malaga and Galatasaray.

Meanwhile, Halilhodzic is still musing over reinforcements for his squad when the month of transfer activity commences.

Halilhodzic has been considering loan moves for Monaco's attacking duo Emmanuel Adebayor and Shabani Nonda.
