Cesar blow for Bolton

Bolton Wanderers defender Julio Cesar has broken his foot.

Bolton defender Julio Cesar faces a lengthy spell on the sidelines after breaking his foot.

The Brazilian defender sustained the injury during the Boxing Day defeat to Manchester United.

Cesar missed Tuesday's defeat to Blackburn and will again be absent for the weekend clash with West Brom.

Cesar is now expected to be out of action for up to two months with the injury.

The news is a blow for Cesar as he had only recently won his place back in the side after a slow start to his Bolton career.

Meanwhile, Bolton have welcomed back Florent Laville and Blessing Kaku from their loan spells at Coventry and Derby respectively.
