The Red Devils travel to St James Park with a much stronger squad and will be desperate to avoid the worst result of Sir Alex Ferguson's managerial career.
Blackburn Rovers and Fulham are both at home to Championship opposition in their respective third round replays.
Rovers boss Mark Hughes welcomes Welsh side Cardiff City to Ewood Park following a 1-1 draw at Ninian Park.
Fulham also drew 1-1 in their first match against Watford and are likely to face a slightly understrength team at Craven Cottage.
The concluding replay pits two lower league teams against each other as Hartlepool United travel to Boston United for the right to visit Brentford in the fourth round.
