Terry Fleming put the visitors ahead after 13 minutes, however, Steve Guinan levelled matters shortly after.
Reddy's first restored Grimsby's lead after half-time before Devaney struck for the home side but it would not last.
With both sides set for a share of the spoils former Sheffield Wednesday man Reddy settled the contest with the decisive goal just five minutes before full time.
