Beckett to extend loan
Luke Beckett is likely to remain at Huddersfield for a second month on loan.
Sheffield United striker Luke Beckett is likely to remain at Huddersfield Town for a second month on loan. The 29-year-old has bagged four goals in three games for The Terriers since his loan switch from Bramall Lane.
Blades boss Neil Warnock says that he will probably allow Beckett to stay at Huddersfield for a second month.
Warnock says that they have a recall clause in Beckett's loan deal so a second month added to his spell would make sense.
"In the second month's loan we can call a player back immediately if he is required, so we may let him stay at Huddersfield," Warnock told the club's website.
"He needed games and he has had those at Huddersfield and the few goals he's scored will be a massive boost to him."
