Queens Park Rangers have now accepted Chester's bid for midfielder Kevin McLeod.
Queens Park Rangers have now accepted Chester City's bid for midfielder Kevin McLeod.QPR's chief executive Mark Devlin had earlier stated that McLeod would not be moving to Chester, but now the deal is back on.
"We have told Chester they can speak to Kevin and we await developments," admitted Devlin.
"I appreciate that Kevin may feel he does not want to drop down the League to play his football, but we are satisfied with the offer that Chester have submitted and it is now up to the player to make a decision."
Meanwhile, Rangers have extended the loan of Simon Royce by another month.
