Stockport striker Stuart Barlow is hoping to win a new deal at the club.

Stockport striker Stuart Barlow is hoping to win a new deal at the club.

The former Everton hit-man believes he still has a lot to offer at the age of 36.

Barlow hopes he has done enough to win a contract extension at Edgeley Park.

"I want to keep playing and I want to keep playing for this club. Look at David Eyres playing at 41," Barlow told the club's matchday magazine.

"I know I can be playing for a few more years yet and I'd like it to be at Stockport County.

"The manager has been given a budget and hopefully I can fall into it."
