Postma wants Holland chance

Aston Villa goalkeeper Stefan Postma feels he may need to leave the club to boost his international chances.Postma is refusing to sign a new deal at Villa after growing increasingly frustrated at his lack of first team chances.
The 28-year-old is fed-up playing second fiddle to Thomas Sorensen and believes he needs to move on if he is to break into the international set-up with Holland.
"At the moment I just want to play,"said Postma. "If I was to stay at Aston Villa and was given a real opportunity to become the first-choice keeper I would love to fight for that chance.
"If that was not possible then a move to another club in the Premiership or The Championship where I can prove myself is the best option.
"But I also know I could go back to Holland and do well for a season and that would put myself in with a chance of getting into the World Cup squad."
The player's agent Piet Buter revealed a number of Dutch clubs are keen to bring Postma back to his homeland, with Utrecht thought to be leading the chase for his signature.
"There is interest in England but it is slow. In Holland that interest in Stefan is a lot more advanced," said Buter.
"We cannot keep saying `no, no, no' to these clubs as we wait for something to happen in this country.
"Certainly the proposal from Utrecht sounds very good and they are prepared to pay a small fee to Villa."
