Onuoha agrees City deal

Nedum Onuoha has agreed a new three-year contract with Manchester City.

Nedum Onuoha has agreed a new three-year contract with Manchester City, skysports.com can reveal.

The 18-year-old has broken into the first team under caretaker boss Stuart Pearce and is currently keeping Danny Mills out of the side.

Onuoha is a central defender by trade, but he has been showing his versatility by playing at full back.

The player's agent Peter Harrison has confirmed a new three-year deal has been struck.

"We have agreed terms on a three-year contract until 2008," Harrison told skysports.com.

"He is pleased that it is done and can now concentrate on playing."

City are also expected to confirm that Richard Dunne has agreed a new deal.
