Eyre leaves Oldham

John Eyre has left Oldham after having his contract terminated.

The 30-year-old has struggled to hold down a regular place in the Oldham side this season.

Latics boss Ronnie Moore is willing to let Eyre leave as he does not figure in his long-term plans.

Eyre is now free to find himself a new club for the start of next season.
