Smith names Scotland squad
Walter Smith has called up Lee Miller to face Moldova and Belarus.
Scotland manager Walter Smith has named his 27-man squad to take on Moldova and Belarus.
Hearts' on loan striker Lee Miller has capped a fine month after winning his first call-up on the back of taking the SPL Young Player of the Month.
Miller is joined by club colleagues Craig Gordon, Steven Pressley, Andy Webster and Paul Hartley in Smith's squad.
"He has been playing well since he has come back from Bristol City and has a good approach to the game," explained Smith."If he had been here for the full season then he might have featured earlier."
Sunderland's Gary Caldwell has been rewarded for a fine campaign with The Black Cats with a return to the international fold.
Preston's Graham Alexander has also won a recall, along with Christian Dailly who has recently returned from long-term injury with West Ham.
Hibs strikers Garry O'Connor and Derek Riordan, who have 33 SPL goals between them this season, are two of six strikers included by Smith.
