Prso's battle cry

Dado Prso has once again spoken of his love for Rangers.

Dado Prso has once again spoken of his love for Rangers.

The Croatian marksman helped Alex McLeish's side to a dramatic SPL title success last season, and is keen to stay at Ibrox.

Aston Villa are one of a number of English sides said to be interested in Prso, but the hit-man has continually said he will be going nowhere.

"I'm like a soldier," said Prso. "I have only one army to fight for, and that's Rangers.

"Everybody who knows me knows that I'm a huge Gers fan. I love this club and I love this city, which reminds me of Croatia.

"I don't want to move. If the biggest clubs in England would send offers to me I would still like to stay at Ibrox.

"I still have two years left on my contract so I will stay in Glasgow."

Prso has picked up the fierce rivalry with Glasgow rivals Celtic, claiming that his first aim is always to beat their Old Firm rivals.

"Even if we won the Champions League I would still not be happy if Celtic won the Scottish title, so my first goal is another triumph in the domestic league."
