PSG off to a flyer

PSG kicked-off the new Championnat season with a thumping 4-1 win over Metz.

The hosts wasted little time taking the lead with Bonaventure Kalou opening the scoring just five minutes in.

Former Monaco man Edouard Cisse doubled their advantage after 38 minutes to take a commanding lead into the interval.

Jerome Rothen effectively settled the contest moments after the re-start, although Ahn Jung-hwan reduced the arrears.

PSG had the final say with new signing Christophe Landrin adding the icing on the cake to give the Parisians an impressive start to the season.
