Andrius Skerla seems set to leave Dunfermline Athletic as he seeks a move to Russia. The Lithuanian has travelled to Russia to hold talks with interested clubs with FC Tomsk thought to be leading the chase for the defender.
Skerla missed Saturday's draw at Livingston as he failed to return from international duty and Pars chief Jim Leishman expects him to move on.
"Before he (Skerla) went away he spoke to me and asked 'If teams came in would we consider it?'," Leishman told the club's official website.
"That made it obvious that Andrius wanted to go back home. He has made it clear, not just now, but before that he wanted to go back.
"I have not spoken to Andrius since Tuesday. He phoned me to say that there was interest and I have just left it to the financial people to take over.
"If Andrius is going I just have to get on. If he hadn't got a team he would have been delighted to stay and help out."
