Permanent exit for de Graaf

Feyenoord have ruled out the possibility of Edwin de Graaf leaving the club on loan.

Feyenoord have ruled out the possibility of allowing Edwin de Graaf to leave the club on loan.

However the De Kuip side have revealed they are open to permanent offers for the 25-year-old midfielder.

Feyenoord director Mark Wotte said: "It's just a technical decision.

"He requested to leave and therefore it is our right to want to sell him."

De Graaf has made only eight appearances since joining in January 2005 from Eredivisie rivals RBC Roosendaal.

Shinji Ono's decision to stay in Rotterdam coupled with the development of Jonathan de Guzman has blocked de Graaf's path to the first team.
