England Under-21 international James Milner is relishing the prospect of playing at Elland Road again.Former Leeds United starlet Milner will feature at Elland Road on Friday evening when the Under-21s tackle their Austrian counterparts, live on Sky Sports 1.
It will be Milner's first appearance at his old ground since leaving for Newcastle United, following Leeds' relegation from The Premiership in 2004.
He is currently on a season-long loan at Aston Villa and the teenage winger is looking forward to being back at Leeds.
"I think representing your country is always a big occasion and one to look forward to," Milner told Sky Sports News.
"To play at your home town club again is great and to play at Elland Road. Hopefully we will get a win.
"The atmosphere is always great and it is a great stadium to play in. I'm really looking forward to it."
Milner is due to be joined in the England Under-21 side by another ex-Leeds youngster - Aaron Lennon - who is due for his debut after a summer move to Tottenham.
"Aaron's always been a quality player and he has shown that again this week," added Milner.
"He is back in The Premiership again. The players they have got down at Tottenham - they have got a big squad of quality players - training with those players every week can only make him a better player."
