Babel to replace Kromkamp

Ryan Babel is set to be drafted into the Holland side for the clash with Macedonia.

Marco van Basten's World Cup bound side will be without Villarreal defender Jan Kromkamp after he picked up a booking in Saturday's win over Czech Republic.

Khalid Boulahrouz and Arjen Robben are both expected to face Macedonia despite picking up slight knocks against the Czechs.

Van Basten may decide to rest a number of stars with World Cup qualification secured as the likes Dirk Kuijt, Ruud van Nistelrooy, Denny Landzaat, Wesley Sneijder and Giovanni van Bronckhorst are all sitting on one booking.
