Mendoza in Nancy link

Marseille striker Andres Mendoza could be in line for a move to rivals Nancy.

Nancy officials are set to hold negotiations with their Marseille counterparts in an effort to agree terms for the Peruvian.

Mendoza has not been convincing since his arrival in Ligue One in the summer, failing to score in 10 appearances, and it is thought that Marseille would be willing to release him in January.

Nancy have made a stuttering start to the season, and are looking for reinforcements to help them climb out of the bottom half of the table.
