Milan deny Ballack interest
Milan chief executive Adriano Galliani has denied that they are interested in Michael Ballack.
Milan chief executive Adriano Galliani has denied speculation that the Rossoneri are interested in signing Michael Ballack.Bayern Munich president Franz Beckenbauer named Milan, along with Manchester United and Internazionale, as following the player's situation but Galliani has denied the claim.
"Ballack is a great player, but he doesn't interest Milan," said Galliani.
"In his natural role we have Rui Costa and Kaka who can count on our complete faith," he added.
Ballack is going to weigh up his options in January before making a decision. This has prompted Bayern to withdraw their contract offer, although they have said they are willing to sit down and talk with the midfielder at any time.
