Pole back on Robson's radar

Bryan Robson is planning to make a renewed attempt to landJaroslaw Bieniuk.

West Brom boss Bryan Robson is planning to make a renewed attempt to land Polish defender Jaroslaw Bieniuk in January.

The 26-year-old made a positive impression on Robson during a summer trial in the Black Country and The Baggies have been keeping tabs on him for the last four months.

Bieniuk has continued to impress with Amica Wronki in his native land and Robson is rumoured to be ready to lodge a loan bid with a view to a permanent move in the summer.

Luton midfielder Carlos Edwards is also thought to be on Robson's Christmas wish list.

The Trinidad & Tobago international has proved a key figure for Luton this term and his efforts are believed to have caught the eye of Robson's network of scouts.

Luton are unlikely to let the World Cup-bound midfielder go without a fight and it could take a sizeable offer to prise him away from Kenilworth Road.
