Helder Postiga believes it would be in everyone's best interests if he was to leave Porto. The former Tottenham man has been frozen out of things at Porto this season under Co Adriaanse.
Postiga has been forced to train with the club's reserves and it seems likely that he will move on in January.
Marseille and Standard Liege have been linked with Postiga and the Portuguese international hopes Porto will grant him a transfer.
"Things are clear for me. The best possible solution is my exit because at this moment I am happy at Porto," said Postiga.
"I do not want to speak about the rumours [regarding Marseille and Standard Liege] but I have had contacts with foreign sides."
