Heel op for Moens
Willem II keeper Oscar Moens has been forced to go under the surgeon's knife.
Willem II keeper Oscar Moens has been forced to go under the surgeon's knife after his foot injury failed to respond to treatment. The talented shot-stopper picked up a heel problem at the end of last month and was advised to rest for a fortnight.
The period of inactivity failed to have the desired effect and Moens was informed that surgery was the best course of action.
It is expected that Moens will be out of action for a further month, with Peter Zois set to deputise for the Dutch number three.
