Jussi Jaaskelainen is yet to sign his new contract at Bolton, despite agreeing basic terms six months ago.Now talk over a new deal for the Finnish international will not take place until the summer.
The 30-year-old is out of contract in 2007 and Bolton had been keen to tie him down to a new deal.
However, after agreeing a new contract in June - it can now be revealed that some last-minute hitches have gone unresolved meaning the deal has not been signed.
"We agreed terms in the summer, but there were issues," his agent Peter Harrison told skysports.com.
"It has now been decided that we will talk again at the end of the season."
News that Jaaskelainen has yet to sign a new deal is sure to alert a host of clubs - including Arsenal who are again reportedly looking to bolster their goalkeeping ranks.
