Kenneth Perez's agent has spoke of the player's delight at sealing a summer move to Dutch giants Ajax.

The 31-year-old AZ Alkmaar striker has signed a pre-contract agreement with the club and will join up with his new team-mates on July 1.

Perez's agent, Karsten Aabrink confirmed that the player was excited about the move, but admitted that there are a couple details to be sorted out.

"We believe that a deal is in place, but the clubs still need to reach an agreement on some points," Aabrink stated.

"If the deal goes through, it will be a childhood dream come true for him to join such a big club."

Perez has been at AZ for six years, guiding them to the Uefa Cup semi-finals last year.

The Danish international has scored ten goals in 24 appearances this season helping AZ to third in the Eredivisie table.
