Sergei Semak has moved on from Paris Saint Germain to return to Russia with FC Moscow.

Semak only arrived in the French capital a year ago, having been lured to PSG from CSKA Moscow, but never truly settled at Parc Des Princes and has now secured a move back to his adopted nation.

The 26-year-old Ukraine-born midfielder has signed a three-year deal and will look to improve his fitness and form in the weeks leading up to the new Russian season.

FC Moscow claimed fifth place in the table last season and have high hopes of pushing on in the new campaign, which gets underway on March 19.
