Magpies axe DeBolla

Notts County have released striker Mark DeBolla from his non-contract agreement.

The former Aston Villa and Charlton Athletic hit-man joined The Magpies after being released by League One side Chesterfield in early January.

Having played for the East Midlands outfit on loan back in the autumn, County boss Gudjon Thordarson was hoping the 23-year-old would boost his attack.

However, no goals from eight appearances since arriving back last month prompted the League Two side to discontinue their association with the marksman.

DeBolla is again looking for pastures new as a result and it remains to be seen if he can catch on with a club in the near future.
