Johnson is now determined to help West Brom avoid relegation despite the fact his future lies away from The Hawthorns.
"I'm fit and ready to go whenever the gaffer needs me," said Johnson.
"I'll be leaving this summer and I've had five terrific years here.
"It will be fantastic if I could help the team keep their Premier League status before I left.
"I'll give everything I've got for West Brom for the rest of the season."
