The former Swindon and Crystal Palace forward missed two whole seasons with a serious knee problem.
Ndah battled back to fitness this season to make 16 appearances, but he failed to fully recover from his injuries.
The speedy striker's current contract was due to expire in the summer and he will now quit playing with immediate effect.
Ndah made just 55 appearances for Wolves during his seven seasons at Molineux.
