Luca Toni was delighted to have ended the Italian season as top-scorer.The Italian international took the 'Capocannoniere' crown after bagging a spectacular 31 goals - including one in the final day 2-0 victory over Chievo on Sunday.
Toni paid tribute to his team-mates, saying: "I have scored so much because I had with me a team that ran and worked a lot for me too."
Fiorentina are one of the teams that are being investigated in the current refereeing scandal that his hit Italian football in recent days.
But Toni insists the Florence outfit must enjoy claiming a place in the UEFA Champions League - which came thanks to their victory over Chievo.
"We must celebrate," he told Sky Italia.
"This week many bad things have happened, but we must celebrate because we have achieved Champions League status."
Toni will be part of the Italian squad for this summer's World Cup finals.
"I'm looking forward to going to Germany because I have a big will to play," he added.
