Depor eye Serbian starlet

Deportivo La Coruna are reportedly closing in on Milan Purovic.

The Serbian youngster, currently at Crvena Zvezda, has been touted as a future superstar and is attracting interest from several quarters.

Deportivo have sent scouts out to the European Under-21 Championships to view Purovic in action, and are expected to bring him in before the summer is out.

Speculation over Purovic's arrival could hasten the departure of striker Diego Tristan.

The Spaniard has fallen out of favour with Depor bosses following a couple of relatively poor seasons, and could be set for a transfer to The Premiership.
