Miller ready for fans' stick

Celtic striker Kenny Miller is prepared for the reception he will receive from Rangers fans.

The 26-year-old used to play at Ibrox before switching to Wolves in 2001.

He has now returned to fierce Glasgow rivals Celtic and is fully aware that the Rangers faithful will not have forgotten about him when the new season kicks off later in July.

"You are always going to get stick," he acknowledged.

"It doesn't matter what club you play for.

"I am ready for it and when I made the decision to come to Celtic I knew what would come along with it but it never deterred me for one minute."

Miller will travel with the rest of the Celtic squad on their pre-season tour of Poland this week.

The Scottish Premier League champions begin their tour with a match against Legia Warsaw on Tuesday evening.
