New Paris Saint Germain signing Albert Baning is excited by the prospect of playing alongside the likes of Pauleta.

The Cameroon midfielder has signed a four-year contract at Parc des Princes after moving to the French capital from Swiss side Aarau.

Baning is looking forward to the challenge of playing for Guy Lacombe's side with several household names among his team-mates.

"It is so exciting to come to this great club where I will meet great characters like Pauleta (pictured)," said Baning.

"I have a great desire to show and prove I can make a name for myself in an ambitious team that plays for the first positions and the Uefa Cup.

"I know the coach loves young players. To me it is a big opportunity to seize."
