Brighton & Hove Albion v Boston United - (Home 4/7 - Draw 12/5 - Away 9/2)
Brighton are still without veteran defender Guy Butters, captain Charlie Oatway and centre back Adam Hinshelwood through injury while Gary Hart suffered an ankle injury at Nottingham Forest at the weekend and could miss out.
Boston, who were thrashed 5-0 at Shrewsbury at the weekend, could be without defender Mark Albrighton because of a groin strain. Richie Ryan is in the squad for the first time this season but strikers Francis Green and Anthony Elding are suspended.
Chesterfield v Wolverhampton Wanderers - (Home 9/4 - Draw 9/4 - Away Evens)
Paul Shaw returns to Chesterfield's squad after missing the last two matches through injury while Derek Niven has shaken off a minor knock and is set to play.
Wolves boss Mick McCarthy will shuffle his squad after the 1-0 win at Burnley on Saturday, with striker Tomasz Frankowski set to make his first appearance of the season. The Poland international has yet to score his first goal for the club.
Port Vale v Preston North End - (Home 13/8 - Draw 11/5 - Away 11/8)
Port Vale, who have won their first four games of the season to make their best start to a campaign since 1929/30, are without Robin Hulbert who has broken a bone in his foot for the third time in a year, while Nathan Lowndes is still unavailable.
Preston's Graham Alexander completes a three-match suspension, but Brian O'Neil and Joe Anyinsah could play some part after featuring for the reserves on Monday. Youl Mawene, Callum Davidson, Brett Ormerod and Adam Nowland are long-term absentees for the Championship side.
Sheffield Wednesday v Wrexham - (Home 4/9 - Draw 11/4 - Away 11/2)
Wednesday manager Paul Sturrock will make some enforced changes but will not rotate his squad as he looks for an extended cup run. Loan keeper Brad Jones is ineligible, so Chris Adamson starts, Lee Bullen returns after a ban but Graham Coughlan and Wade Small are major injury doubts.
Wrexham, who remain unbeaten this season and were derby winners at Chester at the weekend, are without Steve Evans through suspension while Darren Ferguson could miss out with a bruised foot and Lee McEvilly is definitely sidelined.
Southampton v Yeovil Town - (Home 4/9 - Draw 11/4 - Away 11/2)
Southampton have seven players out injured so George Burley will give his fringe players a run-out to avoid picking up any more problems. Chris Makin will make his full debut, while Kenwyne Jones and Ricardo Fuller are set to start. Kevin Miller, Martin Cranie and Adam Lallana should also feature.
Yeovil, who meet Saints for the first time, will be without the versatile Andy Lindegaard after he suffered a groin injury at Tranmere at the weekend. Manager Russell Slade could hand an immediate debut to Mark Lynch, on loan from Hull, and is awaiting permission from Nottingham Forest to play Kevin James.
Torquay United v Norwich City - (Home 3/1 - Draw 5/2 - Away 8/11)
Torquay are still without veteran defender Craig Taylor and striker Lee Thorpe - who replaced Taylor at centre half in the 1-1 draw at Hartlepool on Saturday - is expected to be rested. Matt Hockley, Carl Motteram and Chris McPhee could all feature.
Norwich manager Nigel Worthington has named an unchanged side for the first four league games but will ring the changes at Plainmoor. Peter Thorne, Rossi Jarvis and Robert Eagle are injured, but Ian Henderson has recovered from a groin injury and could make his first appearance of the campaign.
