Wolverhampton Wanderers have completed the signings of Jemal Johnson and Darren Potter.Blackburn Rovers striker Johnson (pictured) arrives at Molineux for an undisclosed fee after impressing manager Mick McCarthy during a trial match against Northampton Town earlier in the week.
The 21-year-old, who made a total of 10 appearances for Rovers and scored one goal, has put pen-to-paper on a two-year deal with Wolves.
Joining Johnson in the Black Country is Liverpool midfielder Potter, who has sealed his loan switch after passing a medical.
Potter has joined the Championship outfit on a season-long loan deal, although The Reds will have the option of recalling the 21-year-old in January.
Speaking on the capture of both players, McCarthy was clearly delighted with their signings and is looking forward to having the pair available for selection.
"Jemal was different class against Northampton on Tuesday," the Wolves chief told the club's official website.
"He did very well for us, he's a good young player and I'm delighted to have him in as well as seeing the loan signing of Darren Potter being completed.
"I'm very pleased to get both players."
