Ajax remain top after beating Heerenveen while PSV eased past RKC Waalwijk.

However, Lazovic went from hero to zero when he collected a red card just before half time.

Luigi Bruins pulled one back from the penalty spot and just when it looked like they would miss out Johan Voskamp struck in injury time to salvage a point.
